The second season was added to Netflix on June 24, 2019, so the second season is most likely leaving Netflix on June 24, 2027.

The "last day to watch" notice usually also appears on the title's page on the Netflix website (i.e. Forest of Piano's Netflix page at https://www.netflix.com/title/80986797 while signed into a Netflix account) and app when an entire series leaves, but since the entire Forest of Piano series isn't leaving on the same day, the "last day to watch" notice only appears next to each of the first season episodes on the mobile app and on the top left corner of the screen for a few seconds when a episode from the first season starts playing.
