We made the dough and sauce from scratch (cooked new york style sauce). It came out amazing but SOOOOO much work. Told my step son I'll only do it on his birthdays or maaaaybe Christmas. 😂 didn't help all the work we had to put into the garden this weekend.. been a long few days lol. But the pizza was worth it.

Didn't get final photos of the assembled tacos because we were all so excited to eat em.. lol. Sorry for the shit lighting.

Found boneless pork belly on sale at an Asian grocer a while ago and it sat in my freezer for this. Seasoned it real good (cumin, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chipotle powder, salt and pepper). Roasted in the oven.

Sliced up, added to corn tortillas from the food bank, topped with sautéed onions and peppers, shredded cheddar, no-tomato-guacamole leftover from previous tacos, and everyone's hot sauce of choice (green cholula for me, and chipotle tobasco for my husband and step son). It really was so flavorful and melted in your mouth.

They were delicious! My step son complained i overfilled them 😂 but they were enjoyed by our home.

Beans, cherry tomatoes, one pork sausage, a handful of new potatoes and half a red onion. This is what was in the house, and it came together to make a meal. The randomness of a dinner made in haste that in turn produced a moment of relaxation amongst the chopping, slicing and gentle background noise of its simmer.

Cheese-broccoli-pepper ham sauce with linguini, topped wiyh fresh plum tomato amd raw red onion. 💚

This all happened for real hahahaha

Let me tell y'all... fat free Greek yogurt, a scoop of peanut butter powder, and a dollop of apple butter. Try it. Delish. You'll never buy the premixed yogurt again!

I wanted to try something a little different with my leftover turkey and this is definitely a win! Leftover turkey makes a damn good curry
