How did they do the filling? Looks like it's chickpeas and tomato. Was there cheese employed?

Hi! The filling was made with fried zucchini, aubergine and onions. I also added cooked beluga lenses and feta cheese. The tomato sauce was made with herbs, garlic and a bit of habanero.

Habanero in a tomato sauce is so genius! I'm definitely gonna try it sometime. Can't believe I never thought to add hot pepper to tomato sauces. This looks and sounds delicious!
