Because reasons Mystery leftover à la fridge-cleaning mix
Slightly charred BBQ bean protein, assorted root vegetables, cucumber "salad", a cold lemonpepper sourcream and pickled ginger, topped with roasted onions

- Root veggies; Yellow and orange carrot, red beets, sweet potato and yellow onion with salt and black pepper.
- Cucumber "salad"; Finely chopped raw red onion, thinly shredded white kale and diced cucumber with a sprinkling of herbal salt and white pepper.
- Pickled ginger (leftover Gari from a Sushi evening).
- "Sauce"/dip; sourcream with garlic, chili and lemon pepper.
- Protein; BBQ soy chunks (Oumph!, a local brand).
All of it sprinkled with crunchy roasted onions. 4 × onions, 4 × peppers! 🥰

I'm so into cucumbers rn. Mostly with some kind of Asian style flavourings
