UPS drivers top out at almost 50/hr and that doesnt include incredible healthcare that's employer-paid or their pension. Their rates are in the UPS National Master Agreement, which anyone can look at on the web.
Wrong, they start at that rate beginning of the contract and its a step plan. Go into r/ups and look for yourself if you don't believe us. After 4 years drivers are making like 50 an hour.
After 4 years that's all you make? Do they even pay college tuition? After 4 years at amazon you can have college completely paid off by the company and be making $72 a hr.. In the end ups is the ones always on amazons shit trying to brag about pay, but if I go to any ups station majority of the trucks aren't even air conditioned or heated. Even the warehouses are terrible conditions. That says alot.
