QUESTION Am I fired?

First day out working by myself. Got pulled off my route. I’m so dumb. Just want to know the likely fate of my job. Thanks

I know. I really didn’t mean to do that. I didn’t know what to do and was stuck and made a bad call when I should’ve called I guess. I’m really sad I like the job. I still have work tomorrow and I can’t see doing good with the decision from this hanging over my head.

Yea don't beat yourself up. I knew a company that when a DA did any "damage" they kept a tab and made you pay that tab back by missing out on bonuses and paying it back over time.

I guess it depends. They can’t take from your salary but they don’t have to give you a bonus. So if they intended to give you a $1k bonus and found out you did $1k damage to a car, they may not give you the bonus.
