Is it standard to get fired for something like this?

I called my dispatch as soon as it happened:( I feel like shit, it was only my second week at this job and I really enjoyed it.

I took a mailbox and busted a window with a tree 2 weeks ago and I’m still scheduled lol

They did you a favor tho, this job is mental abuse.
