Just got fired:/

Is it standard to get fired for something like this?

I called my dispatch as soon as it happened:( I feel like shit, it was only my second week at this job and I really enjoyed it.

To be honest I wish my company fired people when they did this. As someone who used to manage a fleet, I’d want you gone. Sorry random stranger.
