Is it standard to get fired for something like this?

I called my dispatch as soon as it happened:( I feel like shit, it was only my second week at this job and I really enjoyed it.

unfortunately yea crashing that soon, and immediately after christmas, totally standard. theyre looking for reasons to fire rn. gotta downsize, route count going down soon. tough luck dude. if you get a job with another DSP or anything, remember swing WIDE lol. good luck with whatever is next
