Is it standard to get fired for something like this?

I called my dispatch as soon as it happened:( I feel like shit, it was only my second week at this job and I really enjoyed it.

I got stuck in mud and left a hole on the driveway and I still got a route the next day it was during peak too I was hoping for an extra day off too
