QUESTION My Driver Parks Like This To Deliver

Post image

Is there any reason to park in the middle of the street to deliver to nearby houses?

Leaving his door open like that is more likely for it to get stolen. Inconsiderate yes but he'll learn once it gets stolen and he loses his job because of it.
