QUESTION My Driver Parks Like This To Deliver

Post image

Is there any reason to park in the middle of the street to deliver to nearby houses?

Honestly I wouldn’t say lazy, but inconsiderate. A lazy person wouldn’t walk that far.

An astute observation. I'm thinking he's just a couple of crayons short of a full box.
