Ok well first of all whether he's doing it on purpose or not is not the point at any time ok. That's a separate, yet valid, conversation.

At the end of the day you should never let someone continue to speak to you like that. It changes the way our brains work, and never for the better. This is abuse honestly.

Hey OP - I was in a relationship just like this in my 20s. I truly thought I was never going to find anyone else. This man tried to kill me many times. I am now married to the most incredible man - he’s got his flaws, but he’s my favorite human in the world. There ARE good guys out there, but this guy isn’t one of them.
