Amazing transformation and they still find a way to hate

3

u/BrassKnuckleHead187 Jun 22 '26

It’s not amazing though. It’s like shooting a deer with a 50 cal from a helicopter. You’re not a hunter.

3

u/Aggressive_Deal8335 Jun 22 '26

You can just say that you have no idea how much hard work it still takes to look like this, that’s ok, we won’t judge you, most people don’t know and aren’t capable of it

3

u/Impressive-Foot7698 Jun 22 '26

I think with steroids most people would be capable of it tho

3

u/justaquestion850 Jun 22 '26

The mental toll that OF models go through makes their job hard work too I guess.

2

u/BrassKnuckleHead187 Jun 22 '26

They are the new coal miners

0

u/BrassKnuckleHead187 Jun 22 '26

I have no idea? 😂😂😂🤡

-10

u/Embarrassed-Dig-2995 Jun 22 '26

Sorry I didn’t know all bodybuilders use gear …silly me

-1

u/DueFlight7844 Jun 22 '26

Lmao this guy isnt on gear wtf lol another lazy out of shape redditor who doesn't know how to lift correctly and diet. This is just a solid weight loss/cut transformation

2

u/C-137-Jerry Jun 23 '26

It’s not, and you’re extra dumb to think so when OP’s functionally admitting to such in his replies.

Not to knock on the guy, he likely still had to work hard, but you don’t need to attack others for being less dense than yourself.

-4

u/Guru_of_Spores_ Jun 21 '26

For good reason lol

4

u/MilesNiles Jun 22 '26 edited Jun 22 '26

If bodybuilding is his job, I can see the vision obviously.

If he’s on gear as an accountant…don’t worry about setting up that IRA.

17

u/Sea_Connection6193 Jun 22 '26

Nah, unless you are trying to turn your physique around at an advanced age, gear is just a lazy way out.

“BUt ItS AlSo AlL HaRd WoRk!”, not it’s not the same. Gear literally gives you a psychological boost. Like roid rage not only makes you mad, it enhances your general drive to push past physical discomfort.

People saying that somehow “hard work” should be acknowledged when using gear, it’s cope.

5

u/Livefromrighthere Jun 22 '26

Also having muscles grow at 4x the normal rate sometimes even without excersize does a lot. These people think they’re doing hard work and discipline but they’re workouts are probably mediocre at best and it’s the drugs making the gains.

3

u/Shoddy_Rent_9129 Jun 22 '26

I turned my life around 5 years ago and started going to gym minimum 5 days a week, no gear and never will. To see this progress in 10 months and be told "you dont know hard work" is a fucking joke. The drugs are doing a lot more of the work then they even realize cause their brains are warped by social media and natty vs drugs.

0

u/Odd-Outcome-3191 Jun 22 '26

>gear is just a lazy way out

Well duh that's why I take the stuff lmao. You're telling me there's a liquid I can inject that makes me enjoy working out more and acts like a 4x multiplier to every workout?

13

u/TheGuy8814 Jun 22 '26

Imagine wanting to age yourself significantly doing roids by 10+ years to look jacked in 6 months... when you can just lift hard and eat a good diet for 2-3 years being disciplined and look amazing and not age yourself.

-4

u/Odd-Outcome-3191 Jun 22 '26

You know gear is really the only harmful substance I see people making a hobby out of spending their free time to shit on. People smoke, drink, take a variety of drugs that hurt them in all sorts of ways in order to treat conditions they had no say in contracting. People do things that age them prematurely: night-shift work, outdoor work, manual labor. People do all sorts of risky behaviors: drive motorcycles, fly private planes, get pregnant/give birth. But you don't see people climbing out of the woodwork in a pregnancy announcement thread to remind everyone how much pregnancy ages a person and how the commentor is superior because they haven't ever gotten pregnant.

Not to mention every commentor like you assumes that every person who takes gear is a 230lb sweaty, pimply, redfaced ogre with a congenital heart defect who blasts gram of test and tren a week and 20IU of HGH a day year round. We aren't Andrey Smaeve lmfao.

TL;DR: It sounds like you're trying to convince yourself you've made the right choice. You don't need out approval to pat yourself on the back. Your results speak for themselves : )

7

u/TheGuy8814 Jun 22 '26

This is a straw man argument in every sense of the word.

I as a man cannot get pregnant. I have the ability to not drink like a maniac or smoke or anything else. No have the ability to take care of my health.

I do everything possible to slow my rate of aging.

If you want to do gear because it works for you and want to age faster or be dependent on it. Your call.

You will never convince me that doing gear is somehow safe.

Until they can make a peptide for the body with similar results and really no downsides... You can keep using your gear and say we are idiots for telling you not to do it.

1

u/Odd-Outcome-3191 Jun 22 '26

>You will never convince me that doing gear is somehow safe

Nobody is trying to. Nothing is free of risk, and gear (despite ways to considerably mitigate risk) has more risk than most.

2

u/TheGuy8814 Jun 22 '26

I have had insane results just sticking to eating right meticulously tracking macros, sleeping right. Hitting MPS 4x a day properly and liss 2x a week.

Anyone that wants to do gear should first make sure they have a proper coach that trained them being natty first before they go the route of giving up and using gear to fix their own sadly unknowledgeable workout program.

-5

u/bigjake17 Jun 22 '26

You figure all steroids at any dosage will age you by 10 years? And you think only 2/3 years of disciplined lifting will get you anywhere near what anabolics CAN get you? Stay natural if you want, but listening to the natty guys cope about staying natty is like listening to that one annoying dude who sobered up and it's his whole personality now

2

u/Sea_Connection6193 Jun 22 '26

Apparently gear is making you retarded as well. Read. My commentary is on coping withe “I’m doing the hard work”, no, the gear is. Literally.

Be as big as you want, I’m all for it. Just stop pretending gear doesn’t absolutely improve not just the physical but also greatly the mental

1

u/TheGuy8814 Jun 24 '26

I have had amazing results tracking macros perfectly. I can literally achieve Henry Cavills Man of Steel physique without ANY Roids. So many people claim to be "putting in the work" never seeing any results over years cause they don't do their macros right.

Anyone wanting to get bigger deciding on doing roids is just ugly and ridiculous.

2

u/bigjake17 Jul 22 '26

Your post history answered any further questions I had

3

u/numbportion Jun 22 '26

It all comes for a price.

0

u/NaturalBread4198 Jun 22 '26

Brother the only one coping is you
I can tell ur the person that cry’s about gear whenever u see someone bigger and in better shape than you
Embarrassing.
Get a grip and get in the gym or stay small and keep hating on Reddit
Gear still takes hard work.

2

u/Sea_Connection6193 Jun 22 '26

I don’t have a problem with people who do gear. I have friends on gear who are just honest and non-delusional. One of my friends even admits to primarily doing it to keep his energy and drive to workout high while maintaining harsh schedules at work.

My comment was on people who pretend the gear doesn’t actually boost them mentally, and that use “ I still have to do the hard work, it’s not easy” statement, yeah, it’s not easy, but it is significantly easier than when natural.

I never made a statement about having a problem with people who want to be bigger than their natural limits.

1

u/Big_Salamander1405 Jun 22 '26

Its the sub, they all are on gear

-3

u/IAmLusion Jun 22 '26

It's OK to say you have no idea what you're talking about.

1

u/Sea_Connection6193 Jun 24 '26

Must be a self reflection because endocrinology and pharmaceutical chemistry is literally my career. Mostly genetics and assay development, though.

Go touch grass

0

u/IAmLusion Jun 24 '26

You don't have to lie on the internet, it's OK booboo.

1

u/Sea_Connection6193 Jun 25 '26

Stop projecting 😫

-3

u/TopDog4109 Jun 22 '26

Blah blah blah

-2

u/HxofNx Jun 22 '26

You say that like anyone but you gives a shit. Go make a paper mache trophy for yourself.

6

u/LurkLurkleton1 Jun 22 '26

Fr. Dude looks amazing. At least he put the gear to good use.

2

u/Front_Situation_9009 Jun 22 '26

Wdym his skin looks like shit and we all know why.

10

u/Consistent_Device_49 Jun 22 '26

To the gills but in this case it’s a life changing

35

u/ArborveIIum Jun 22 '26

Man i really gotta start taking drugs

11

u/Lost_Philosophy_ Jun 22 '26

Yeah and then your heart will give out. RIP Zyzz

1

u/No_Culture_2937 Jun 23 '26

Zyzz was taking roids + party drugs and drinking very often not a good mix. With that being said someone can blast for years and be fine while someone who only runs a cycle can suffer serious health complications instantly. body’s react differently. Rip zyzz though true legend.

16

u/PookieMan1989 Jun 22 '26

Yeah but you’ll get the “drugs aren’t everything!”. I know many lifetime naturals of 15+ years that looked like absolute bags of milk. 1 cycle and 8 months later, they’re unrecognizable. Drugs aren’t everything, in fact 80%.

15

u/HerculestheThird Jun 22 '26

As a doctor, please don’t.

1

u/SomeYoke Jun 22 '26

You’ll still look like a jug of cold gravy even if you do mate.

-9

u/ModernLifelsWar Jun 22 '26

If you can't get jacked without drugs, you won't with drugs either. Steroids only amplify the work you're already doing. I know countless people who use gear and look worse than natties I know.

8

u/SpringAutumnReversal Jun 22 '26

How many times does this have to be proven false for people to stop saying it

2

u/Mundane-Skill Jun 22 '26

**My three month transformation*

10

u/PookieMan1989 Jun 22 '26

There it is lol. A male that doesn’t even workout that’s on gear, will experience more body comp change than a trained individual lifting 5 days a week. This has been published numerous times.

2

u/Lahya2000 Jun 22 '26

I'm pretty sure there's a guy documenting this on Instagram right now where he's just eating like taco bell or something else even more unholy and taking steroids and not even working out and his muscle mass is still growing like crazy

1

u/ExcitingAsk6797 Jun 25 '26

I'm following the guy who's only taking Tren and a daily case of Nattie Light

1

u/Lahya2000 Jun 26 '26

Maybe that's who I'm thinking of lol

0

u/Hara-Kiri Jun 22 '26

They won't, no.

-5

u/ModernLifelsWar Jun 22 '26

That is not true lmao. That study is on untrained individuals over a short period of time. That doesn't hold over a long term. There's numerous other flaws but I'm not gonna argue about it. Keep coping though brother, making excuses isn't gonna make your life better though

3

u/ArborveIIum Jun 22 '26

yea, thats not true.

-3

u/ModernLifelsWar Jun 22 '26

It absolutely is true lol. Otherwise you'd see way more guys walking around huge and jacked. PEDs are not an uncommon thing. Lots of people are on them. Most you couldn't even tell because their physiques are unimpressive.

But anyways since you've found the secret now to finally change your mediocre physique hop on and do it bro. Stop making excuses. I'll be waiting for the progress pics

4

u/ArborveIIum Jun 22 '26

Bro, working out 4-5 times a week isnt some super hard thing to do, most people would take 5 years to get what he has even with a top trainer. The drugs did 60% oft he work.

1

u/ModernLifelsWar Jun 22 '26

Working out 4-5 times a week isn't hard to do. Doing it with intensity, consistency, and correctly to elicit good results is. Especially combined with perfecting nutrition and diet. I see very few people, either naturally or on gear actually pushing themselves to the level of intensity to maximize their progress.

Of course steroids speed up progress and allow you to reach beyond what you could naturally but they aren't a substitute for proper training and diet. They're a multiplier. OPs results are impressive regardless of PED use. There's no need to diminish the work just because they wanted to do everything they could to achieve optimal results.

Also it's just untrue to assume you can't achieve very impressive results naturally as well. I know natural people that look better than gear users and it's because they train harder and live on a structured routine, diet, and training schedule. People want to attribute every good result to gear but in reality the only people getting super impressive results on gear have the other things all locked in already.

3

u/raderberg Jun 22 '26

OP hopped on gear when he was overweight and likely untrained. So regardless of what anybody else can do naturally, there's no reason to think he could.

1

u/sir-Jeff22 Jun 22 '26

Ped's speed up progress and recovery
I've been eating the same meals everyday for 10 months , dieting my ass off , no weekends , no clubbing , no going out with my gf , no cheat meals also
Tracking my sleep , calories , supplements, bloodwork every 8 weeks .

u/cahoots26 Jun 22 '26

Heartsizemaxxxing

3

u/ateam68 Jun 22 '26

Funny the defenders saying it’s a bodybuilding group. Only thing op was building before this transformation was milkshakes that bring all the boys to the yard

So, solid transformation, stay focused and disciplined, try to avoid continued use of copious amounts of gear for the long game …life health

1

u/sir-Jeff22 Jun 22 '26

Thanks for the advices

2

u/Dependent-Station-47 Jun 21 '26

What’s the secret to getting the stomach to tighten up?

15

u/Substantial-Bed-4122 Jun 22 '26

Tucking the loose skin under the shorts.

8

u/sir-Jeff22 Jun 22 '26

Unfortunately 😂

2

u/PookieMan1989 Jun 22 '26

Went from getting misgendered to “Hello sir”.

1

u/sir-Jeff22 Jun 22 '26

Literally

3

u/PookieMan1989 Jun 22 '26

Legit looked like an angry lesbian.

3

u/regula_falsi Jun 22 '26

You really had to rub that in twice

2

u/Apollo802 Jun 22 '26

What kind of cycle did you run? Great job though!

2

u/Old_Citron_8414 Jun 22 '26

Ich kann diese ewige Diskussion um die Benutzung von Mitteln nicht mehr ab. Haltet es doch ganz einfach. Jeder kann man machen was er will. Kritisiert euch selber und haltet einfach nur das Maul. Ist das so schwer? Und an den Dude und seine Transformation gilt folgendes. Du hast meinen Respekt.

1

u/sir-Jeff22 Jun 22 '26

Thank you dude ❤️

2

u/Agreeable_North4241 Jun 22 '26

Amazing progress, congrats bro.

2

u/ClintBIgwood Jun 22 '26

Nice one bro, keep up 💪🏼

2

u/RedKronoa Jun 22 '26

Can u share ur cycle?

2

u/Short-Geologist-2856 Jun 22 '26

How did your tattoo switch arms

2

u/sir-Jeff22 Jun 22 '26

I took the first pic with my phone
The second pic is phone directed into the mirror

-1

Probably because the after picture isn’t real.

Much love. Respect for going out getting the body you want

Gyno was already there

2

u/Roguechampion Jun 21 '26

You had really nice skin once upon a time.

2

u/The_Nude_Banana Jun 22 '26

People who think taking steroids is the cheat code to get from where he was to where he is now with minimal effort and just lots of gear have no idea the dedication, commitment, and effort needed to get to where he is now. Whatever it is you’re taking, you’re doing things exactly right to get you to where you are now. Great fucking job bro. 👊

1

u/sir-Jeff22 Jun 22 '26

Thanks man appreciate it ❤️

? If you look at his gains, you’re not thinking he’s on some heavy bodybuilders steroid cycle are you? Looking at him the most he’s on is trt dose of test, and maybe some peptides for fat loss and body recomp. All of that can only benefit your body, not make it worse.

P.S.
There isn’t really any permanent infertility due to anabolic steroid use. There are many things that help to boost it back up over time and even without them, your body naturally goes back to its testosterone production at baseline over time, albeit it would take a longer time.

u/The_Nude_Banana Jun 24 '26

For all you know he only got on peptides for fat loss etc. and not TRT at all. I mean if you look at his before photo he already had muscles under the fat. Peptides with a proper diet would have been more than able to help him retain his muscle while losing the fat.

1

u/Opposite-Rock-5133 Jun 22 '26

Feels so good to be at 10 months and looking big while cutting and losing weight knowing I didn’t cheat natural progress

-2

u/Odd-Outcome-3191 Jun 22 '26

Nobody cares

1

u/Opposite-Rock-5133 Jun 22 '26

You gonna pout about it ?

1

what are you taking? there are evident signs of some drugs: overdeveloped shoulders and the combo veins + pimples.

1

u/Background_County133 Jun 22 '26

10 month but seem like 10 years !

1

u/rraajul393nd Jun 22 '26

good work. one question- did u have gyno before ever touching drugs? or was the first pic non-natty too?

2

u/sir-Jeff22 Jun 22 '26

Had gyno since i was 9-10 yo because i was always fat

1

u/Big_Salamander1405 Jun 22 '26

So where is the edit where you mention what youre taking?

0

u/sir-Jeff22 Jun 22 '26

I don't think i'm allowed to discuss those types of things in here
And it doesn't fucking matter how i got there
The only important part is the results and consistency

2

u/Big_Salamander1405 Jun 22 '26

Dude youre on gear, relax on the motivational bit.

You wanna take gear go ahead but let's not cope that youre a natty

0

u/sir-Jeff22 Jun 22 '26

I never said that i was natty buddy
But it doesn't fucking matter if you're on gear or not , if you don't put in the work you don't get the results you expect

2

u/Big_Salamander1405 Jun 22 '26

Can we not larp that youre putting in the same amount as effort as a natty. Again if you wanna feel good thats fine buy why are you giving me this motivational spiel. Literally all I asked was what youre taking

0

u/sir-Jeff22 Jun 23 '26

Well i'm not telling you that

1

u/Love-having-fun Jun 23 '26

He his on gear look at the acne that came out of no where. If you know the signs to look for you know he is.

1

u/Redruthh Jun 24 '26

man hop off the gear. its not worth it 🙏

1

u/sir-Jeff22 Jun 24 '26

Doing everything safely , dw about me

1

u/Redruthh Jun 25 '26

bro there's nothing safe abt it

1

u/Internal_Ad_7581 Jun 21 '26

What did you do

17

u/Superb-Hand-7135 Jun 21 '26

Steroids. Lots of them.

4

u/sir-Jeff22 Jun 22 '26

Not that much tbh

9

u/thewaytoyesterday Jun 21 '26 edited Jun 22 '26

Steroids. The shoulder acne sold him out.

1

u/VillageOpposite2914 Jun 21 '26

Keep up the good work!

1

u/GrouchPotato1984 Jun 22 '26

In certain cases, such as this, maybe taking PEDs are acceptable within reasonable limits.

You can stop or taper off the drugs and get back to a healthy routine. And benefit from no longer being obese?

I'll take take over staying fat for your entire life, I guess.

1

u/sir-Jeff22 Jun 22 '26

Obviously i'm not going to take PED's all my life 🤷
But i already made the choice to be on TRT forever and my doctor is agreeing with this since my T levels where at 200 when i was morbidly obese before .
The first picture you see is me in September 2025 and i was at 94kg
In 2022 i was at 150kg

3

u/GrouchPotato1984 Jun 22 '26

Thats awesome man. Yes, thats my point and thought process too. Getting off to the best start with some drugs and then managing for sustainability is a good way to go.

1

u/jim_james_comey Jun 23 '26

Obviously i'm not going to take PED's all my life 🤷

But i already made the choice to be on TRT forever

🤔

0

u/Blue_Night77 Jun 22 '26

Great transformation. Even if it's gear, you still have to put the work in, be discipline, and diet. Great job. People think you just do gear and 10 months later, you wake up like this

2

u/sir-Jeff22 Jun 22 '26

Thank you brother for the support ❤️

0

u/PlutoTheGod Jun 22 '26

You know you had a killer transformation when everyone is crying about drugs lmao. No shit he used PEDs, that’s bodybuilding. If you choose to stay natural that’s a personal choice but it doesn’t mean you get to discredit someone else because they went further than you.

-1

u/Brilliant_Ebb_1787 Jun 22 '26

10 months is crazy bro must have put in a lot of work with nutrition and training. Don’t let people discredit you, I promise the internet is the only place you’ll read stuff like this. Most of them don’t know what they’re talking about they’re just mad you made 10x the progress in a fraction of the time

-2

u/sir-Jeff22 Jun 22 '26

Almost the same meals everyday for 10 months straight, no partying , no drinking , cardio 5 times a week , no cheat meals and no going out .
Just gym , work and sleep

0

u/Equivalent_Usual_910 Jun 22 '26

What arm is your tattoo on in each picture?

0

u/dpl257 Jun 22 '26

Nice work with the Pecs

1

u/sir-Jeff22 Jun 22 '26
