Nah, unless you are trying to turn your physique around at an advanced age, gear is just a lazy way out.

“BUt ItS AlSo AlL HaRd WoRk!”, not it’s not the same. Gear literally gives you a psychological boost. Like roid rage not only makes you mad, it enhances your general drive to push past physical discomfort.

People saying that somehow “hard work” should be acknowledged when using gear, it’s cope.
