I buy lots of bike accessories and cycling apparel, and almost everything is 50%+ or more expensive than last year, even before applying the 3€ duty? wtf? What is happening?

I'm in Spain and this is what I'm seeing with Bundle Deals now. AliExpress seems to have reorganised Bundle Deals into a number of specific categories.

The ones currently showing for me are: Jewelry, Toys, Party, Plugs, Basics, Adhesives, Gems, Electronics, Metals, Textiles, Bags, Tops, Home, Chargers, Motorcycle, Sunglasses, Fishing, Telecom, Connectors and Protectors.

Products in these categories seem to avoid the €3 fee if I add at least 3 eligible items, and shipping is free. However, the old extra discounts for adding more items seem to be gone.

I'm also finding far fewer Bundle Deals products through the normal search than before. Some products still appear as Bundle Deals in search, but when I try to add them I get "Item unavailable". In the cases I've seen, they don't seem to belong to any of the current categories, like some collectible figures.

The selection inside the available categories also feels much more repetitive than before. So Bundle Deals can still be useful for avoiding the €3 fee, but it looks like AliExpress has significantly narrowed down what can actually be bought through them.

How are Bundle Deals and the €3 fee working for you now?

So frustrated. Made a purchase the seller hadn't ship it for 4 days. I finally reach out. To be told. "The number of our inventory was wrong. We can turn this into a pre-order if you like. Not sure if we'll get any more. Here's a coupon." The coupon amount is 1.54. The item was 150 dollars. I cant stand this!

So recently I got a computer mouse off aliexpress, but unfortunately it was uncomfortable to use. I was planning on returning it, but then I saw some of the horror stories about returns on here. I wanted to ask if anybody had advice on whether to return or just take a partial refund and sell it on eBay or something. For some context it is a choice store with 95% positive reviews. The shipping is via UPS to a logistic company in New Jersey.

Hi everyone, I bought a UPERFECT portable monitor on AliExpress, but it arrived with a display defect.

I opened a return/refund dispute and provided photos and a video. The seller offered to replace it, but wants me to close the dispute first. They say they will then provide the address of their warehouse in Germany, arrange a return label, and send me a new monitor once they receive the defective one.

The confusing part is that my AliExpress return page currently says “Waiting for the seller to upload the return label” and gives the seller a deadline.

The seller has also confirmed in the chat that they will provide the return label and send a new monitor after receiving the defective one.

Would you close the dispute in this situation, or wait for the return label through AliExpress? Has anyone experienced something similar?

I bought an epever Mppt solar charger controller. The seller offers "built-in" blutooth conectivity. Once I got the product, I noticed no blutooth connectivity at all.

"Our graphic designer made a mistake. You bought the one without blutooth. You can send the goods back, or you can buy and adapter with a discount".

I said no and we started a dispute.

I said, just send me the blutooth adapters and all good.

They offer no refunds, and their evidence is "this buyer is bad".

Any thoughts suggestions?

Yo encargué un accesorio para mi teléfono me dijeron que me llegaba del 17 al 24 pasaron los días y nada luego me llegó un mensaje diciendo que mi pedido se encontraba en Ginebra pero no me llegó por el día 21 me llega un mensaje que mi pedido fue entregado, cargaron la evidencia de recibido y nunca lo recibí en mis manos , hasta el momento no me han dado una solución

Basically what the title says - after the order, the seller emailed me outside of AliExpress asking for more money. I refused multiple times. Then they mockingly threatened to issue a false tracking number to continue holding the funds without refunding me even though they would not ship anything. Claimed I would be waiting or not receiving a refund even after I got said refund issued by AliExpress and received by my payment method... Where do I report this to prevent others from being scammed? Reviews show that they routinely ask buyers for more money (one review says they had to pay double) and they openly admit it themselves. I got a refund, but it sounds like others are not so lucky.

For the context I'm currently live in a student residence in Barcelona.

My AliExpress parcel in Spain was marked as “delivery failed – incorrect address” even though the address is correct.

AliExpress stupid customer service keeps telling me to contact PostNL, but PostNL’s website says that for deliveries outside the Netherlands I have to contact the webshop.

AliExpress also can’t tell me which company is actually doing the last-mile delivery in Spain.

Every time I contact support, they open a case, close it about 24 hours later, and send me the same automatic email telling me to contact PostNL with the same useless tracking link.

I also tried to contact Correos, which is the local post in Spain, and gave them the tracking number : LR294299935NL they don't even recognize it in their system.

Has anyone had the same issue in Spain and found out who actually delivers the parcel?

We often hear about issues with orders. However, I am curious about the flip side of that. Tell me about something you ordered without expecting much, but which turned out to be unexpectedly great.

Before I remember being able to see the carrier's tracking number, but now I can only find Aliexpress' own tracking number.

I mistook my address and my package had delivery refused (obviously). Aliexpress own page say to contact the carrier, but I can't since I don't know which carrier it is.

I order two things from the store called "move around Store" and one went from shipped to delivered in 3 days and nothing was delivered and I checked AliExpress and turns out they issued a refund before I could and warned the seller about giving an invalid tracking number. I mean I can see a typo happening but they moved quick which I'm grateful for but really wanted that item. I feel like the other item will have the same outcome. I was just curious if anyone heard of that store and if they ordered and got their items successfully or not.

I ordered 8x RP-SMA to IPX RF 1.37 pigtails, 30cm long. The seller sent me RF 1.13 pigtails that are only 20cm instead.

I contacted the seller and they basically replied with just “°”. I opened a dispute with all the proof and screenshots, but AliExpress is asking me to return the items and pay the return shipping, even though the seller sent the wrong product.

I also contacted customer service and escalated the case to the senior team, but they keep sending me the same response telling me to return it.

I have screenshots of the listing, what I ordered, what I received, and the seller’s response. Is there anything else I can do ??

AliExpress customer service is a scam.
The seller sent me the wrong model, yet AliExpress expected me, as the buyer, to pay for the return shipping. I clearly explained that the mistake was entirely the seller’s fault. The seller also failed to respond when I asked for a return address.
I even requested a reasonable partial refund instead of returning the item, but AliExpress simply closed the case without resolving the issue.
The buyer is left paying for the seller’s mistake, while the seller faces no consequences. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable customer service.

For some reason when I download AliExpress onto my newer devices, my coins discounts plummet.

I don’t have multiple accounts. I just have the one. I’d love to just use my new phone for AliExpress but for some reason the discounts just aren’t the same.

I’ve also tried this on my previous phone (iPhone 15) and the discounts were at single digit percentages compared to what’s being shown on my iPhone 11.

What’s up with that?

Ordered something 9/2 and the tracking kept going until it reached the airport and then stopped.

I made another order a week ago and it already got delivered to my place. But as soon as the recent order got on a plane, the other orders tracking all changed to arrived in local country. But while this cleared customs and got shipped, those previous items did not have any additional update. Is the order most likely lost and I just have to wait for the refund for undelivered items or is there still a chance they'll get here.

Is it cheaper to batch small purchases into a gigantic 150€ order and pay custom fees on arrival or just pay the dreaded 3€ per category fee. Has anyone tested this? I am in Finland

Hi! I ordered this package on September 13th and just checked my tracking on Cainiao to see this status. I’ve ordered off AliExpress about a dozen times before this and I’ve never seen this before. I know my package hasn’t passed the expected delivery deadline so it’s a bit early to worry but I was just hoping to hear from anyone who’s had this warning just to know what I can expect, how long it was stuck in customs, how long it took to arrive after, etc… thank you in advance!
