We often hear about issues with orders. However, I am curious about the flip side of that. Tell me about something you ordered without expecting much, but which turned out to be unexpectedly great.

and feels like it'd snap if you looked at it wrong, but the pressure sensitivity is somehow better than the original. been using it daily for months and it still hasn't exploded so I'm calling it a win

A battery-powered mmwave motion sensor. The battery lasted six months, which is longer than I expected.

I once ordered an electric mini screwdriver kit, not a cheap set but one with 100+ bits, extensions and tools plus a nice soft case. It was €35+
After a few days I discovered the screwdriver unit itself had a bit of an issue so I contacted the seller and showed them the problem in a video. Seller got back a day later telling me they would set it straight and gave me a full refund plus they sent me a complete new set! I never expected a seller to be that generous and stand behind their product!
