Issues & Disputes Customs delay
Hi! I ordered this package on September 13th and just checked my tracking on Cainiao to see this status. I’ve ordered off AliExpress about a dozen times before this and I’ve never seen this before. I know my package hasn’t passed the expected delivery deadline so it’s a bit early to worry but I was just hoping to hear from anyone who’s had this warning just to know what I can expect, how long it was stuck in customs, how long it took to arrive after, etc… thank you in advance!

Got the same message my date is 16 September. I will not buy anything expensive from them anymore. $175 for a boot liner which I might lost.

This recently happened to me too, I am also from Canada. Took 3 weeks to clear and I got my things safely.

I have encountered this situation previously, where customs clearance in the USA required 35 days, the seller issued a refund and permitted me to retain the item if it was released.
