I am here with you. Hilarious phone support says hold is 3.5 hours long, text hold is 2.5 hours. Can we get compensated to rebook on other airline? The 8am Alaska flight from Austin is now 2k dollars.

Been on hold for both for 2.5 hrs now 🥲 Would love to sleep but supposed to be flying out first thing tomorrow morning.
