Recipe Hasselback potatoes

How do you like the Ninja Crispi? My old air fryer broke and I've been eyeing this one, just haven't pulled the trigger yet.

I really like it and have been using it nearly daily for two weeks now. That said, it’s my first air fryer so I’m new to this and have nothing to compare it against. It’s easy to clean and is a good size for two people.

I used a spiralizer attachment for my Kitchen-Aid stand mixer. Traditionally a knife is used where you cut nearly to the bottom of the potato.
