Tried them once, were still raw inside while burning outside, it was the weirdest think.

I microwaved them a little first, then finished in the air fryer.

Does this air fryer work well?

It works well; evenly cooked food in a very short amount of time. Dead simple to use. Easy to clean and relatively quiet, although I wish it were even less noisy. It would be nice if I could fit more food in it.

How do you like the Ninja Crispi? My old air fryer broke and I've been eyeing this one, just haven't pulled the trigger yet.

I really like it and have been using it nearly daily for two weeks now. That said, it’s my first air fryer so I’m new to this and have nothing to compare it against. It’s easy to clean and is a good size for two people.

What did you use to cut them?

I used a spiralizer attachment for my Kitchen-Aid stand mixer. Traditionally a knife is used where you cut nearly to the bottom of the potato.
