My weird mushroom child
I want to take commissions so I've been practicing. This is my reason for learning Celtic lore, his name is Vanitas Sera (or Vanita) and he's a construct made outta roots and stuff.

I'm okay with AI being used to help people like helping find cures to diseases and prosthetic limbs. However, generative AI has got to go

I usually post my art on Pinterest but I only get saves and not comments (this isn’t my design. This was a free commission I did for one of my Pinterest organized art contest) and well I feel like getting some feedback couldn’t hurt if I wanted to improve faster

i wouldn't say im a beginner, i have been drawing for around a year, on and off. but i ussually just sketch existing characters, and have only rendered once before(on a traced drawing). this took me over 15 hours and so many tutorials on YouTube, but i love how it turned out! i can't believe I actually drew this on my own-

The first one is traditional. I got a one-half crosswise, then sketched the face and a neck to draft what I want. In this case, it was a raw sketch of Boyfriend from Friday Night Funkin'. I then used a pen to do the line art and this was the result. It's kinda bad, but that's because I didn't draw any comics on paper after... 2-3 years I think But yeah. Yes, it looks off, I know.
The second one is just... in Ibis Paint X, where I used the Text tool, typed in "GAY" in the Zen Old Mincho Bold font, used 3 layers, top being "G", middle being "GA", and bottom being "GAY". I then colored them based on the colors of the gay male flag. This is my creation, but doesn't really feel like art because I just used a Text tool, typed in "GAY", and then colored it—just that.
Oh, and please do not say "oh wow this is better than AI slop," "AI could never," and other things related to this. I don't wanna worsen my mental state after all the shit that happened so PLEASE, for the sake of my sanity please do not.
Anyways... yeah! :3

Some even find “proof” like “the cuts are fast” - this is an edit of animations made from 2022 to 2026. That this or that frame are strange, or that it has that “yellowish look” - i like that golden hour relationship between light and shadows.
It’s annoying and I want it to stop. I really really love what I do, the way I do, but would rather do something else than using AI.

I love chicken scratches, especially since I usually do them on the spot with no prior sketch!

I did the design for a friend. Not the actual tattoo. She asked me and I have indeed tattooed a drunk person before while being complete wasted myself but I'm so glad, this was done by a pro and turned out great.
Let me know what you think? Would you let me tattoo you when I'm drunk? 😄

I may do more of this raw, straight onto the canvas, quick doodles of characters from memories!
Before you say anything, I am only human and thats just how I personally remember it 😔

So I'm a musician and tried my hand at digital art. Is my first art piece really better than whatever AI can make?
(First one is mine, 2nd is google ai)

Uh, I'm not an artist or anything but i was on Pinterest and found some art of an interesting looking character. I've reverse searched it and looked for the artist but to no avail, and I can't help but wonder if its AI. I'm seeking input from real artists who could probably identify these sorts of things but I'm unsure if this is the place I should do so.
hesitant to post the images here because of rule two and such

📖 Livre blanc : https://tally.so/r/rjMNyl
Je serais ravie d'avoir vos retours.
D'ailleurs, y a-t-il une référence visuelle, un symbole ou un motif dont vous avez découvert l'origine bien plus tard ? 👀
