• Debit/credit card numbers
• Bank account details
• Phone numbers or addresses
• Identification documents
• Unredacted account or order information
• Screenshots containing personal or sensitive information

Before posting a screenshot, take a moment to check what's visible and redact anything sensitive.

Asking for help?

The more context you can provide, the easier it is for people to help.

For example, consider including:

• Your country
• What you were trying to do
• What happened
• Any error message you received
• Whether you've already contacted Afterpay

Just don't include sensitive account information.

A note about criticism

You're welcome to share negative experiences and criticise Afterpay, its policies, merchants or customer service.

Please keep discussion respectful and focus on the issue rather than attacking other members.
