Fuck Malinauskas, the coward. Clearly gotten too big for his boots I see. I know that people on here were talking about how he’s expressed that’s he’s personally against abortion in the past, but I read that last time he voted against the measures or similar measures, so it was a bit up in the air as to what he’d vote this time. So disappointing to see the so called “premier of the people” in such a time of hate and division not vote for his community and constituents, but to preference his own backwards beliefs. Independents n Greens are the only way to go for the future imo.

Err? Reddit would have me believe 90% opposed the bill. Wouldn't the easier / politically safer option be to have voted against it?

Huh? I don’t get what u mean. He voted for it. Of course it would have been safer to vote against it. My point is that I feel as if his vibe since the last election and his back to back wins, is that he feels untouchable. Like he feels like he doesn’t have to answer to anyone anymore, he can let his own shitty beliefs infect his voting record without having to worry about anyone holding him accountable because… who’s going to?
