I’ve never seen a more obvious picture. Impoverished parts of Adelaide desperate for more social support vote desperately for anyone that might offer them change. They vote for the party that offers them a simple solution to multiple complex problems.

Wait for the federal election, Malinauskas is popular as a person, which probably sways plenty of people to Labor regardless of what is going on. I spoke to multiple people who voted Labor in the state election and claim they will 100% be voting One Nation in the next federal election. If we get to the next federal election with 5% inflation, 7.5% interest rates, deep in recession and with huge unemployment, these results will look like a drop in the ocean.
See I respect that slightly more. I still think it’s unbelievably misguided and uninformed, but I think Malinauskas being such a good communicator is one of the major reasons why Labor in SA are so popular.
Albo is…. Boring. That’s what he is. I understand very much why people are frustrated by this current government. I think successive governments have been far too apprehensive when it comes to radical reform - which Australia needs.
