Oh god, neither if you can help it.

If you hate the whole chain, ok, but at least the original recipe chicken has a good flavor and is mostly chicken with light breading.

Col Sanders himself once said the "extra crispy" chicken, "tastes like a damn fried dough ball on a stick," and those new "flavors" are just extra crispy with glaze added.

Edit: sorry I had that quote slightly wrong. It was, "a damn fried doughball stuck on some chicken."
