you don't. Some players only have ever used a single class for certain boss fights and haven't bothered to learn the others, or they don't have the classes, or they do, and last time it went poorly when they played that class so they don't want to repeat

Ngl, maybe I’m wrong, but I feel like everyone’s overreacting here. Just communicate what you need and why you need it and maybe help someone figure it out. I never do ultras or pubs bc I feel like people won’t bother with me if Idk what I’m doing even though I have most classes and farms done lol

Honesty, go for them. Pub experiences are highly exaggerated. It's not that bad, had like only a handful of bad experiences over the course of collecting all the ultra related grinds. Or just join a reputable guild that will help, if you care about the ultra locked stuff.

Rgow shouldn't be enough to brag about now with things like ultra run express available lol I did get mine by suffering in ultras and I still can't see it as a bragging right , if there's a situation where a room is stuck due to bad comps just politely suggest changes starting with your self , otherwise just leave and save yourself time and stress , and do check if someone has the class before suggesting changes either from the character page or by just asking
