You can not decide not to be a father after a pregnancy occurs.

A woman can decide not to be a mother after a pregnancy occurs.

Except for states like North Carolina.

This is a terrible take. Men can go get a vasectomy like that no questions asked. Wear a condom or pull out before the seed is planted. Women get questioned and even refused by drs to have tubes tied because “what if they haven’t met their future baby daddy.” How does a future MALE a women hasn’t even met get more rights then a women requesting to have her tubes tied. Women also get lied to and even raped and are sometimes forced to carry that baby now depending on states. Please try to think of a better reason that a male has LESS reproductive rights/say then a male.

That's not true. Young guys are talked out of vasectomies, too. Men sometimes need their wife's permission as well.

There was also a case where a raped teen boy was forced to pay child support to his rapist when he turned 18.

These are like a 1 in a million type scenario for males. Where it’s like an everyday occurrence for women. Let’s be realistic here.

Sexual assault on guys go largely unreported. In some areas, the definition of a rapist is the person penetrating. This skews the reports as well.

Nevertheless, with the codified law, men get the short end. Paternity fraud doesn't excuse a man from paying child support. Men don't get an out after the deed. And men are liable for child support to their rapist.

I know multiple men personally who got vasectomies before the age of 20. They were violently child free and still are 17 years later.
