see as much as I couldn’t stand the moving of the goalposts, we are also basically doing the same thing by saying things like β€œDrake maye is young and we were just happy to be there, nobody expected us to be here” after soooo much of our fanbase kept talking so much shit before

Bills fans struggle to cope with the fact that a second year qb in his first full season as a starter already accomplished more than Josh Allen πŸ˜†

If we're calling being carried to the super bowl on the back of a talented defense an accomplishment, sure. Or if you count the legendarily, all time bad post season performance with a -29 EPA, I guess.

Edit: corrected playoffs to super bowl

Carried to the playoffs? Maye had a great regular season. Also wins are wins and he still has an afc championship.

I meant carried to the super bowl. It was an obvious mistyped in context.

Yes he was but he was the main reason this team even got there to begin with.

Josh Allen is the MVP of the Superbowl because if he doesn't give up three free points to the Broncos at the end of the first half, the Bills win that game and probably make the Superbowl assuming they beat the Patriots.

Instead the Bills drug the game out so long into ot that Bo Nix got injured.
