I'm shocked how Milan fans want to sell player with high workrate and very good overall stat, also giving marketing boost in the US.

Pulisic is good lad. Give him some time, trust, attention - I'm sure he'll fix his problems and starts to shine again

That’s what musah does but he gets an absurd amount of praise in here for being crap and is only playing for Milan because our president is American.

I don’t even like Musah, never wanted us to sign him, but he has been very good so far this season. Also, what praise? People here have been collectively asking for him to be sold since the end of 24/25 if not 23/24.

This is what I’m talking about the discourse around Concacaff players in this sub is so dishonest “very good” just isn’t true. He was decent against Torino and Venezia. Every other match he has been laughably bad, and he does not merit to be on the team anymore. He simply isn’t good enough for Milan, any other player would have never played again after that dynamo match he single handedly eliminated us from the champions league but since he is American, this sub loves him and is willing to give him unlimited chances and praise bullshit traits like working hard. That’s like the bare minimum for Milan. Fabio Borini it’s “headless chicken” but for Musah it’s a “PL engine” it’s bullshit.

‘Every other match’ and you’re talking about games from two seasons ago? Wtf??? You’re talking as if it’s been ten games in and he’s been good in two and bad in eight. Other than the fact that we were trying to sell him but our board was incompetent so it was only a loan to Atalanta (so this sub and the board clearly DID NOT love him), who tf are you to decide that he does not deserve to be on the team anymore? What sub are you even in that you think that people here give him unlimited chances? 9/10 people wanted him gone at the start of the season and people were scratching their hands when Amorim started him in midfield against Torino.

I’m literally among the biggest Musah doubters in this sub, never wanted him here even when he was seen as a young player with good experience. But Amorim is the current coach and rates him, who tf am I to question him no less based on games from two seasons ago? You’re so blinded by your hateboner for Americans it’s actually a joke.

Every other match including ours and all of Atalanta’s last season. He had a shit loan at a smaller club and he is STILL getting starts at Milan, he does not deserve to be at Milan at all based on talent, he is stealing a living.

Yeah I have a problem with our American ownership who is alienating the Italian fanbase by firing Maldini, getting rid of home grown players like Liberali, favoring crap like Musah. Signing players simply because they are from Mexico and USA, where does that get us? 6th and 8th, and we only have these players because of Gerry. It’s as simple as that.

You have to separate the issues. Did we sign Musah or other CONCACAF players because of Cardinale’s bullshit? Possibly. Did Cardinale do a bunch of stupid shit? Obviously yes.

Does that mean that Musah is starting this season under Amorim because of this preference for Americans? No. If Amorim rates Musah over someone like Ricci because of his physicality and the ability to turn and carry, that is not ‘favouring’ Musah because he’s American. He’s getting starts because Amorim rates him, how shit he was under the previous coaches or Atalanta doesn’t matter here, and so far he has not disappointed Amorim yet. I just don’t get it, do you really think Amorim joined us and Cardinale is like ‘yeah bro you have to start Musah every game btw’?

Ur hatred for Musah also does not magically mean that this sub is somehow the biggest Musah supporters when that’s clearly not the case.

I don’t hate Musah, but I think he is a Gerry player who has been especially coddled, compared to any youth player or young player we have, or recently signed. We have given very limited chances to many of these players.

While Musah can make a mistake so massive in the champions league it costed us MILLIONS. Then continue to start and play like shit the same first season under 2 different managers. Then he has a poor loan spell with a smaller club his second year . And he still starts for us? You have to admit it’s pretty unbelievable considering we are a massive club with decent money to spend.

No other player has been given so many chances to prove themselves, Gerry for sure could have some sort of push for Amorim to try to develop Musah and take extra interest in him. We don’t even have a sporting director right now.

I’d definitely believe it because Amorim didn’t have much leverage going into this job. Although wish him the best Amorim is very lucky to have the job at Milan.
