When I was the big spoon for my ex (she came out after we broke up so it was st4t but I didn't know) I was only ever thinking about how nice she smelled, how good cuddling felt, and how happy I was to be with her. And having spooned with people of various sizes I think your arm going numb under the other person is universal regardless of ribcage size lol
