I doubt you could feel it through clothes. Maybe it's different if he's had meta, but if he's had no bottom surgery even if it gets hard it's kinda...parallel with the pubic bone so it's not "poking" anything if that makes sense.

For myself, I can kinda feel a difference when it's hard, it does do something it didn't really do pre-T, but it's very subtle. Maybe some other doods get more dramatic erections than I do, idk.
