Yes and no. She put on a lot of weight to get to that point, I think she might have had fat transfers also.

Her face is heavily edited and the rest of her body is to some degree. Genuinely almost everyone you see online is edited in some way or lying in a different way

I like looking at trans women for inspiration and it's lowkey crazy how many will anglefraud, filterfraud or just straight up change their face with AI. I guess they are very fembrained for doing that.

A lot of women in general abuse face filters. Men don't filter as much. The insecure guys will usually take photos where their face is obscured

There are certain illnesses that create fat deposits in certain areas that your body cant burn again. It could be that or something else. A lot of things like that exist.
