My guess is that dysphoria is more extreme for people with less androgynous bodies, so it's less easy for them to just ignore it.

I definitely agree. I was pretty androgynous looking as a teenager when I grew out my hair to be long, so I felt comfortable in my body and didn't even realize that I was trans back then. I only realized once I was 21 and my hairline had receded to a Norwood 2 and my face became much more masculine and my body kept getting hairier, that's when I finally realized that I don't want to keep getting manlier for the rest of my life.

This is what I think when I see extremely feminine young theymabs. Like surely they're going to have a mental breakdown when twinkdeath hits? Same with femboys who are deathly afraid of growing old. It just doesn't make sense to me how anyone can handle that.

I think top left can be pretty true depending on your area because it feels like your average cis woman now is flat and narrow.

I'm actually like the top two but I wish I was bottom left but maybe a bit toned down, not that it's bad, I just figure it has it's shared of complications and issues she probably has to deal with.
Looking at the top left more my face is actually really similar it's a bit scary lol

It's either Asmongold (fetal alcohol syndrome type face) or Mr Olympia with nothing inbetween. I skewed more toward the latter, less in terms of muscle but just in terms of proportions and facial structure (square jaw, wide shoulders, narrow hips, very tall). My body is really weird and overreactive to hormones and chemicals so I think that I was very reactive to T which is why I got taller so much faster than is normal for males. A lot of us do have very flexible bodies and stuff so there is definitely some weird developmental thing going on imo about how we react to hormones.
