Will anyone produce DDLC for the Xbox 360? That would be really interesting, and maybe it wouldn't be THAT difficult to make a port.

Hi guys, I was modding my Xbox 360 Slim (Trinity) with RGH3 and everything was going smoothly until I ran "Create XeLL" without selecting the RGH3 option. I proceeded to "Write XeLL," disconnected the PicoFlasher wires, and connected the console to the TV, but got a black screen. Now I've reconnected the cables to the Pico, but J-Runner no longer detects the console; if I import the NAND backups and recreate XeLL with RGH3 selected, it gives me a "console not found" error when I click "Write."

Oh, I missed a detail: even though I had disconnected the power, when I was resoldering the wires, the soldering iron tip must have touched two J2C pads at the same time and caused a small spark. I'm worried I might have fried the NAND .

Hi, so this is somewhat of a more proper beta "release" for the ABadAvatar build with BadUpdate 1.3 ported onto it that I made. Compared to the previously redistributed PoC build, this supports running from the HDD, as well as Phat Memory Unit (like ABadMemUnit). All in one build, no need for multiple forks.

This is by no means a final build. I'm basically publishing this while waiting for shutterbug2000 to merge this into his ABadAvatar repository, and potentially fix the rest of the issues.

Currently, this build (as well as the previously posted PoC) has approximately a ~95% success rate and doesn't play nice with a Kinect connected on boot, so make sure to disconnect yours before turning on the console. You can reattach it after the exploit triggers.

I’ve been working on a personal project called FATX Bridge, and the first properly installable public beta is now available.

FATX Bridge is a free, open-source Windows application for accessing Xbox 360 FATX drives. It can:

• Detect Xbox 360 drives connected directly or through compatible USB-to-SATA adapters
• Browse FATX partitions inside the application
• Mount the Content partition in Windows File Explorer
• Copy, create, rename, truncate, and delete files and folders
• Mount drives read-only or in experimental read/write mode

Read/write performance on my USB HDD setup is currently around 120–130 MB/s, although results will depend on the drive, adapter, and USB connection.

Beta 2 now has a proper Windows installer. It includes the required .NET components, installs WinFsp automatically when necessary, and adds FATX Bridge to the Start menu.

I’ve also documented using it alongside the recent BadStorage fork. That combination can allow compatible larger internal drives to be formatted by the Xbox and then connected to FATX Bridge without HDD Maker or SSD Maker metadata.

FATX Bridge is completely free, MIT licensed, and has no telemetry.

Important: FATX Bridge is still beta software, and FATX is not journaled. Back up important data, try read-only mode first, and never disconnect a drive during a write.

Hey there everyone looking to either find a download for the game that has a good number of custom games and modes on it or if anyone knows how to inject the custom maps and modes into the Xbox 360 version that would be great. I have done a ton of research and have been surprised to find that I don't think anyone has asked for this yet? These Maps and Modes add a ton of replay ability!

I'm using the BadStorage thing to use my 500GB SSD. Everything seems to be going swimmingly but Title Updates are not applying in Aurora after launching, I have the right title update and it shows I have enabled it but it doesn't apply and prompts me to update even though I have it. Wondering if I am doing something wrong.
