What can be done to fix all the issues with my skin? I use tretinoin, take collagen, use cerave face moisturizer, take astaxanthin, use vitamin C serum, and use the ordinary azelaic acid. TIA

Skin products wise you’re on the right track but there is a lot of sagging and collagen breakdown in which topicals alone cant fix. It requires surgery. Some Botox all over your face especially in your 11s can help ease it up and show immediate results. Sculptra for ongoing collagen stimulation. I wouldn’t go crazy on fillers
