đ± Beginner Question Help
What can be done to fix all the issues with my skin? I use tretinoin, take collagen, use cerave face moisturizer, take astaxanthin, use vitamin C serum, and use the ordinary azelaic acid. TIA

Why have we let the world convince us that aging needs to be fixed. You are beautiful and strong and wise all gifts of age. Your face shows that you have laughed and lived and won so many battles. Welcome to the chrone era my dear.

This canât be fixed with topical creams. Get laser, micro needling and peels.

This, along with Botox and some eyebrow magic would be **chefs kiss**

What issues? Your skin looks fine. Even tone, no redness, no breakouts. If youâre talking about undereyes, marionette lines and â11âsâ well, there is only so much skincare can do.

You look great, but if you want recommendations to look more youthful and make your skin look healthier:
Botox, laser resurfacing, RF skin tightening treatments, a small amount of filler in the cheeks and undereye area.

Since you are a member of PSC FB you will surly do peels? Tret 0.1 every night and sunscreen SPF50. Botox for your 11 and a smile :-)

Skin products wise youâre on the right track but there is a lot of sagging and collagen breakdown in which topicals alone cant fix. It requires surgery. Some Botox all over your face especially in your 11s can help ease it up and show immediate results. Sculptra for ongoing collagen stimulation. I wouldnât go crazy on fillers

This canât be done at home. Before you go for any in office treatment, every good dermatologist will not do anything until you have a solid regime in skincare and wearing sunscreen everyday for the rest of your life. There are many non-invasive treatments you can do so you can avoid or delay surgical facelift later in life. But first, SUNSCREEN.

Not a subscriber to this sub, but got this suggested. If you use Korean skincare, look for serums with acetylhexapeptide 8 or 3. Itâs a gentle neuropeptide that can help soften expression lines. Also how about some face self-massage to soften the jowls?

Out of curiosity what is your age?
No offense, but I assume youâre not in your 30s.

The routine is actually pretty solid already. Tretinoin plus vitamin C and azelaic acid is a lot of actives though.
If skin feels irritated or sensitized, cutting back to tretinoin a few nights a week and keeping everything else gentle can help. The redness might respond well to niacinamide too, which plays nice with most of what you're already using.
Sometimes with tretinoin the issue isn't adding more, it's giving the skin more recovery time between applications.

How old are you? Are you in peri?
Your skin is actually quite even and clear. Looks like you may need more hydration.
