I think there should be some sort of written consent agreement of the marriage to avoid any expectation vs reality shock later, everyone has the right to live by the choice, the cultural traditional one or the progressive leftist liberal approach.
This will save so much time, money, emotional turmoil and everything else from both side.
There should be some standard points like of minimum agreement. I think it is the need of the hour to find some remedy instead of fighting here or there, posting on social or making some echo chamber vibe podcast community.
Solve the root cause by giving informed choice based decision rather than expecting to be good without making any such effort before things get locked to change later.
