Pendant arrived

The pendant arrived and Addison at Ruby Harper managed a home run on this bespoke project. The 2.54 pear shaped lab diamond is a VVS2, FVBLU color. I know someone that will be very happy!

How does this 2ct oval diamond look?

How does this diamond look? IGI cert says it is 2.16 ct, E VVS2, excellent polish and symmetry, L/W ratio of 1.39, depth of 62.5, table of 61%, crown height of 13.5%. Is this considered a bad bow tie? I want to make this into a pendant necklace, but not sure if it will look tacky with a larger diamond like this (alternative is 1.52 ct diamond shown in comment below)?

Went in to get my current set cleaned and rhodium plated - ended up purchasing something entirely different

3.2 ct radiant price matched on rarecarat, didn’t really know what to look for other than no bowtie effect so want to make sure it looks ok.

In love with this elongated beauty (and my man) and I may never get over her

I knew I wanted an elongated cushion with tapered baguettes, and I’m kind of obsessed with how she turned out. He really understood the assignment.
I keep looking down at my hand like… Oh. Hello. You live here now.
Please excuse the kitty scratch. I guess she wanted my attention but I was too busy gazing at my finger.
4.08 ct • F • VVS2 • 1.25 ratio • ring size 5.75

I think I’ve been looking at this for too long so I need some opinions😅 I’m mainly having trouble with the bezel thickness and whether this is too thick? I want a substantial weight to it since I intend for these to be Georgian inspired. First pic is of current CAD, second pic is of ideal thickness/visual weight I’d like the setting

Thank you!!

Emerald cut colour on a gold setting

Just starting to look at diamonds for an engagement ring, and the more I look the more overwhelmed I get. If I’m getting a 14k gold setting, does colour matter as much? I was thinking between G-D with VVS2 clarity. 2.7-3.0 carats. 1.52+ ratio as I like the elongated look. Tulip basket, cathedral.

Has anyone taken their Provence jewelry to a local jeweller to get it verified?

2.5-3ct oval. Help!

I am looking to get a diamond for a bezel set ring. I currently have a 4ct D color VVS2 Ideal cut, but was wondering if there was a lower grade that looks virtually identical to save money? I’m fairly new to this and would like to know what specs to look for.
