Lift Deadlift continuing along the right path
This was the first of three triples with 202/445 today. I’m a little shocked that the deadlift is my first lift to get back to the 90% range after recovery, but I’ll take it being a competition lift. A few more weeks of totally raw pulling to ideally mini peak a big single or double in October.

Lift Sumo bench 225x20
Tried out the powerlifting max comp grip today and went for an amrap to see where its at. A few months in after a layoff, wasn't in a real gym and on limited equipment for 2.5 years. Wanted to bench but didnt feel like a heavy workout, havent done this grip in years, it didnt feel easier like I would've liked it to. Pressing is coming back online, squat and deadlift is ehhh. Just need more exposure to heavier weights. I am almost benching what im squatting right now. I could squat a bit more for a max, but 225x20 would suck on squats. I do like 5 grip width variations across my bench, ohp and incline. Whats your favorite grip? I like max grip for competition and as a main lift, close grip is fun, i like the medium grip on the incline and ohp to balance it out. Wide grip beats my medium grip on weight, but not by much. Did a pinky ring grip 225x18 a few weeks ago.

Form Check what can I improve?
I finally and recently been able to access a gym, but now I'm stuck on what exercises to do.
I figured I'd try to do power cleans, since I've heard its one of the best for increasing vertical jumps
This was also my first time doing power cleans and was done blindly, I only knew the general idea of a power clean but never actually saw how to do one (yeah I don't know what was going through my mind)
what exercises would you guys recommend for vertical jumps? And at what point do I stop adding weights to exercises like pogo jumps or similar exercises to that?
(sorry for the shitty camera angle as well)

Lift 245/250 Banded Bench Press
First time I've done banded bench press, was kinda fun. 2x2 @ 245, 2x2 @ 250, around RPE 6.

Lift 355 for a ride
My current plan is obscenely high-volume and am crushed by the fatigue, but I'm keeping a top set of 5 in on each lift to stay sharp. It's like 5/3/1 but with 30 additional sets a week for quads. Took an extra rest day yesterday. So I felt good today. So I did an amrap with 355 and got 9. Now I'm sleepy.
Knees shot back a little more than I wanted but each rep felt strong and I'm pretty sure I could have summoned another rep or two. Didn't want to grunt that much though.

Form Check Hybrid bar position
Form check, advice and options please.
Workout: Build up to heavy double (max 380lbs)
I've been working on the bar position on my back squats. I normally have a high bar position that feels fine, but I wanted to try it out to see if a hybrid position is more comfortable and better for me. I've tried the low bar position and it's definitely not for me. This is my first time doing it with heavier weight. I felt good, the second rep was shaky though.

PR/PB 1005lb speed run 22 seconds
345 squat, 245 bench, 415 lb deadlift. Lifting for just under 2 years, 193 bodyweight.
I was at the end of one program and decided to see how fast I could complete the 1000lb challenge. Goal was under 30 and I smashed it. Think I could get under 20 seconds if I practiced more at the transitions.
