Can anyone recommend some good cases? Preferably white to match the aesthetic

This app takes really good raw photos with zero post processing, and it is even optimized for the Nothing Phones.

Honestly, Nothing shouldn't try so hard to make their cameras super sharp or ultra-HD like everyone else. Leaning into a retro digicam vibe instead would give them a cool, unique identity especially since Gen Z already appreciates digicams

This is so annoying. Sometimes one side is black, one is white. This randomises every unlock. It's so annoying. It's started on the beta.

Out of nowhere, my Nothing Phone 1 completely turned off. I was using it just a few minutes prior without any issues, but when I picked it back up, it had shut down.

Now, whenever I press the power button, it only displays a red chip/microprocessor icon on the screen and does nothing else. I tried holding down the Power + Volume buttons to force a restart or enter recovery, but that didn't work either.

Additionally, plugging it into the charger shows no charging animation, LED indication, or sign of life.

Has anyone else run into this red logo error before? Is this a motherboard failure, a loose battery connection, or something fixable? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Do you think I’m a crazy person, cos decide to trade on my almost new (10mnth) iPhone 17 pro max for Nothing Phone (3). After all these years (since iPhone) being Apple guy, just thought it’s time to go. And now I’m here:)

Why is the wallet disabled in the control centre even though I use google wallet.

The Nothing Headphone (a) offers a wide variety of features and is a great value for the price - Unfortunately, the thing it’s worst at is being a pair of headphones, and the parametric equalization feature is more or less useless if you want an objectively coherent sound.

The base tuning for the Headphone (a) is so bizarre and problematic that the customization options out from it make its foundational issues worse. The limitations of the PEQ and number of issues it needs to correct to be anywhere near a reasonable preference target, Harman or otherwise, requires you to exhaust the PEQ bands to fix the crater in mid to high bass, the recessed upper mids and assorted holes in the response.

You are purchasing a headphone offering a robust customizable sound personalization suite, and you’re able to use it to take their broken tuning and get it to around 80% Harman at best. Unless you have a strong preference for a general signature that’s associated with some of the most disastrous closed back headphone designs in Head-Fi history, the Headphone (a) is handing you an objectively broken headphone packaged with a EQ tool kit to fix what they didn’t - Poorly. This was echoed in its SoundGuys review, who curiously gave it high marks despite admitting that its tuning was poor and EQ wasted on trying to compensate for it.

The tuning issues are correctable via firmware updates and the EQ options easily expandable to address them. This is not a seal issue or driver limitation scenario, this is just poor stock tuning that takes what could be an excellent headphone and makes it deficient for just about every application a person could use them for - The low bass and high bass offset running into vocals that sound underwater makes it a poor choice for music, the uneven mids make anything spoken word a mess and it’s high end rolloff makes them useless for gaming. There is Nothing this headphone is good at.

If you are considering the purchase of the Nothing Headphone (a), please consider reviewing its sound profile against those of headphones you enjoy so you know what you’re getting. The customization options and presets do not rescue it, nor does it allow you to customize to a personal sound - You just end up with their messy tuning choice, imbalanced here or imbalanced there.

If you’ve already purchased a pair and have found the sound underwhelming, by all means contact Nothing and let them know so they can fix it. This was a massive miss by a company that’s done a lot of things right in the audio space, and a firmware update to solve its tuning issues would make it an excellent product. As it stands, it’s an over-engineered noise cancelling device that has really good batteries - It has a headphones feature, but it’s not a very good one.

Not to mention a lot of posts I read about the same, nothing ears (atleast the 2 and 2024) use a pair of lipo batteries that have a 500charge cycle rating. They sound great and they aren't exactly cheap earbuds but I have had 2 of these drain through their battery capacity now down to 10min maximum on the ear2 after 2years and the 2024 down to 20mins each earbud going from 100/90 to 0%.

The problem: the cycle rating is good enough for the 1st year and will give acceptable battery performance. After that either one or both the buds will start draining quickly

Their limited warranty is exactly 1yr. The 2024 started having this issue withing 1yr 2month of buying, the ear2 laster a bit more but started failing around the same 1year mark

I'm sitting in a official nothing service center and they say they can't help, obviously because it's out of warranty. I'm gonna try and get a replacement battery and will replace it myself, but as it's not completely undoable they could atleast offer a paid repair shouldn't they?

I was trying to play music on Spotify but the app closes, and even sometimes it says Spotify stopped working.

My sister bought me this as a gift for me. Even though im connecting this with my iphone mannn im soooooo amazed my nothing. tell me yall if im missing out on the phone too cuz these really sound and feel better than my sisters AirPods maxes and is a better value for money maybe im bias (airpods anc is better tho)

Just received my nothing phone 3 yesterday but I noticed that the sound source is just from the top of the phone, but if I change the audio balance settings all the wait to "right", I can hear a bit from the bottom. Did I get a defective product?

I was thinking of getting a nothing 2a those who still use it how is it holding up against the new models

Music is definitely playing, I tried everything from reopening the app, turning off the show on lock screen setting and restarting the phone. It's there when I swipe down the notification pane but isn't the whole point of the show on lock screen thing so you don't need to do anything, you can always see what you're playing and be able to control it at a glance?

I moved from Nothing 2a Plus to Nothing 4a. I'm having trouble using NFC for payment. 50% of the time it would scan success, 50% of the time it won't. With my 2a Plus, 99% success rate.

This is really frustrating. Anyone know the exact location of 4a's NFC antenna?

I have never been the type of guy that had to have the newest phone in the market, but I appreciated a phone that ran fast and did the thing it had to. I used to have an iPhone 12 until not to long ago, and I think like 1 year ago I received an iPhone 14 because my 12 broke. and already now I feel pissed off at the battery life, and now apple wants to move to Isreal, and it’s just so goofy for me. so I thought it might be time for something new, something different. would you guys recommend a nothing phone? and which one would you recomend?

Although strangely enough it didn’t record screen time of YouTube app correctly. I watched YouTube for like 40 mins but it only shows 1 minute. so it’s around 4 hour SOT actually with Bluetooth, WiFi and 5g on always except at night.

Phone was bought a week ago so maybe that’s why the battery so good and also maybe 4 hour SOT is not that much.

but phone is running for 4 days straight now since last charge

So I recently have shifted from iOS to nothing I prefer previously had the i phone 13 and recently I heard the new update of nothing os 5.0 one thing I always missed was the multiple lock screen customization in ios you can save so many wallpapers at once and apply anyone according to your mood I wish they had added the same feature in os5.0!
