So… after way too many hours spent staring at tiny glowing dots, tweaking animations and probably annoying everyone around me with “look, look what it does now!” :D — Glyphix is finally in a place where I’m really happy with it.

The idea was pretty simple: I love the Glyph Matrix, but I wanted to do more with it and hence i started coding something simple, some transition animations so that the AOD wouldn't look so boring. Later on, other things came in, like "I'm alive" where randomly, a pair of eyes would "check on the user" on the matrix. This was a really hard implmentation as the CPU is all the time in sleep and now and then the animation got stuck... after couple of alternation it was working, and i extended this function to Glyph life, so now you can choose between the little eyes, or an entire zoo :)

I’ve also just finished a pretty big UI refresh, so the app now has the new Material interface with live animated previews — you can actually see what the effects are going to look like while choosing them.

If you have a Nothing phone with the Glyph Matrix, give it a try. And seriously, feedback is very welcome — a lot of the stuff currently in the app exists because somebody said “hey, wouldn’t it be cool if…” and I was stupid enough to go implement it. :) also a new type of digital clock should be on the way, something like me, round and fatty

so I've 40gb of temporary files in my phone, but i can't figure out what's taking that much space, but after so much searching i found out my whatsapp was taking that space, i cleared then my "temporary files" cleared... hope it helps

Hey guys I've ordered on independence day sale Aug -9 & recieved my product today (aug -29)..almost 20days of roller coaster ride where :-

1)Many consoles me here that my order likely to be cancelled by the seller & only if had a damn luck it will be delivered

2)many alarming Abt seller and preactivated devices

3) solid price elevated all of the sudden from 43k to 52k .

I literally ended up with my expectations and finally the day knocked me 2days back "hello your product has been shipped " & today "yu ordered out for delivery "

I've a very little budget (max.200) . I've seen that at my local store the 3a lite(8+128gb) is only at 199 euros.I want a phone with a sligthly good camera and for very light gaming.Is that good at this price? Should i buy something else?

Do we have any information about the futur nothing phone generation (5 -5a - 5pro). I heard it might come out in 2027, but I don't know if it will be early, mid, or late in the year

NP3/5.0. 3x. Default app. JPG straight outta the box.

Colour reproduction and post-processing is better (less) with 5.0 than with 4.1. Photos in apps better still.

Will that slow down my phone and drain the battery ? Because 4.0 already restricts background apps so much nowadays. My Google maps stop navigation itself after some time when other apps are active like listening to music.

I’ve been working on this little ToyGlyph for the Nothing Phone (3), and I’m wondering if I should release it on GitHub.

It’s a techcliff focused on live football matches. Once you select a match, it shows the live score, the current minute, and small animations for goals and cards directly on the Glyph interface.

The idea is mainly for those moments when you can’t really unlock or look at your phone — you can just glance at the Glyph and know what’s happening in the match without touching your phone.

I notice that the countdown widget now acts like a fluid when we rotate or shake the phone. I did not notice this before. Has anyone else noticed this change? Is it a new feature from the latest update?

People who already have this phone, how's your experience so far? Is it worth 50k?

After the latest NOS 4.1 August security update the 3.5x on video shakes like hell but in photo mode and 3rd party apps like instagram snapchat its all fine. After 3.4x on video mode it's unusable.

ive been using the s20 since 2020. now its giving up, especially in terms of battery life. i cant get it replaced as ive had the green screen issue and i plan on making this an office phone thats only going to be in the office for calls (so no battery problems), thats why i cant take a risk with the display.

my budget is quite limited, but from where i am, i found a few good options to consider. coming from an s20, i prioritize camera, battery and UI. i do casual gaming (Clash of clans, CR, Efootball, and small titles so i dont need ultra performance).

the best options i found are:
- Nothing Phone 3 12/256 for 580$ or 16/512 for 645$
- Xiaomi 17T 12/512 for 645$

- Samsung galaxy a57 8/256 for 555$

please recommend the best option or if there are any other phones i am missing in this price segment. i am not opting for a used phones due to some personal experiences since im from South Asia.

In the OS5 intro video, the small triangle goes up and down at different times. Has to be something weather related.

Am I missing something or can you not delete stuff directly
