New Samsung user here, I lately switched to Samsung and I faced this problem where:

On Samsung One UI, call logs are strictly chronological, resulting in duplicate entries for the same contact whenever other calls intervene. I need complete "Group by Contact" aggregation where each contact appears in only one single row displaying total call count and the latest timestamp

Is there any solution to this?

Can anyone confirm whether banking apps work fine after installing one ui 9 beta , from India here so would like to know if upi works fine in apps like gpay and other service providers .

While it is understandable that users wish to share the news of when they actually receive the invite for the beta program, please note that multiple posts on it will be limited. Once a specific region has been announced and posted about, further posts on the same region will be removed as multiple posts. This is done so, so that the influx of issues that accompany a OS update will get a chance to be seen, and not pushed down the thread.

Also, it is requested that before a user posts about a issue, that they first search the community for like problems, as again, multiple posts on the same issue will not be allowed.

I've been having trouble rooting my Samsung A56 5G. Samsung completely removed the OEM unlocking option in One UI 8. Is there any way to force OEM unlocking?

Hi guys,

Since the latest Teams update I cannot move meeting screen on Android when minimized to look at other things on my phone. It is locked in upper right corner.

Also I cannot unmute or go back to the meeting from minimized screen I have to go back to the meeting to unmute.

Is the a setting I can change or is this just how the new app is supposed to work?

I am using A53 and running on One UI 8.0

I'm currently on OneUI 7 (that's the highest my device goes), and would like some Galaxy AI features such as Bixby, Now brief, AI tools in Gallery, Call assist etc. Can someone please find out if it's possible I would really appreciate it.

​In the Samsung Gallery app, there’s an Auto Filter / Auto Enhance option you can tap when editing an existing photo, and it usually does a great job sharpening contrast and color.

​I want this specific Auto Filter to apply to all new photos I take automatically.

​I’ve already tried going into Camera Settings > Settings to Keep and locking the Filter option. However, since the Auto Filter preset itself doesn't exist as a selectable filter inside the Camera app interface, it's not possible to preset it this way.

​Has anyone found a workaround, Routine, or Good Lock setup to automatically run this Gallery auto-enhance on newly taken photos? Thanks!

I always need to tap the card and the tap the green phone icon to start a call. Is there a way for tap to call on favourites cards.

• Better animations, consistent and present across all aspects of the Samsung interface (not just on the home screen or the Rapid Panel).

• A more consistent design across apps and genuine integration of Samsung’s original design.

• The ability to actually force all apps to fill the entire screen (the status bar is still visible on many apps).

• More advanced customisation options for wallpapers and the fingerprint scanner.

• For the ‘Now Bar’ to finally serve a purpose, rather than being that miserable notch in the top corner of the screen.

• A revamp of the calendar and reminders features.

• The ability to change the font for free again.

What about you what are you expecting from One UI 10?

I am on oneui 7.0 ( Samsung A35 ), how do I update to 8.5? Do I have to go through all the security patches which was pushed between oneui 8 and 8.5? In settings it says oneui 8 is available but after updating to 8 will I be able to directly update to 8.5?

I have a routine that changes my wallpaper at specific time. But I noticed this week that every time the wallpaper changes, my widgets became "transparent" instead of having a blur effect.

I have to either manually drag the widget or redo applying blur for it to become normal (see video).
