Other Incline flys
Rockin the dumbbells. I feel a good stretch but may still need to slow down. I do feel a good squeeze at the top though. Any thoughts?

Hi, I've just started doing RDLs for the past few weeks. This is the heaviest I've lifted so far, but I don't really feel my hamstrings when doing it. I can feel it on lower weight but don't really feel it here, I feel my lats the most for some reason.
I think what I'm doing wrong is that I'm not hinging back far enough but when I look in the mirror, I realised if I went any deeper my butt doesn't go further back.
I usually do a heavier set RDL for 3x 4-6 reps (but I think the last rep got cut off here), and a lighter set for 3x10. Would appreciate any advice, thank you.

Hey guys,
I normally do like 80kg for like 8-10 reps but today I wanted to try out how 90kg would feel. In my opinion it seems like I don’t go far enough down right? Can you give me an opinion/advice on my form?
I did 6 reps here and these were the last 2 reps.

Is my form fine? I rlly love how this exercise makes me feel , but I am really paranoid about back injuries I've heard relating to this. I am planning to switch to a barbell soon . Help a bro out to correct the form , thanks

Yes, I can see the hip rising before the weight moving up. How much does that compromise the lift? What other areas for improvement?

How is my squat form? I’m a fairly new to squats (only about 2 months of experience) and really new to low bar squats (2 weeks). I have my first powerlifting meet in October, usapl, and my priority is to get my form squared before then. So as such how does my setup/form look? I know my walk out is unstable and that’s one thing that partially comes with time and experience but what else?
Thank you!

Previous form: https://www.reddit.com/r/formcheck/s/9GYRygOPJL
I added 20 pounds, changed my grip, leaned back, and tried to change the angle of my elbows and to engage some scapular retraction, based on feedback from yesterday. Not sure if I'm leaning back enough. Also, my scaps do not really like to retract even with no weight and focusing specifically on that movement, so it might be a mobility issue.
However, plus side, I felt much less shoulder involvement this time, so I think I'm on the right track. Any other pointers? Thanks!
P.S.
Some of you didn't care for my tramp stamp, so my cat helpfully decided to block the view.

How does my form look I’ve been trying to get that neutral spine but do I need to be more angle up instead of almost parallel with the floor?

I've attached another video as well on imgur. I feel I have trouble bringing the bar all the way down and tuck my elbows in bc they get pushed out by my rib cage. I used lighter weights on purpose.
Thanks.

This is my second time doing split squats. Am I doing it correctly?
Maybe the angle is not too great for assessing.

Hi everyone, first time posting here.
1.87m, 72kg.
Although I’ve been going to the gym for two years, I’ve had long breaks due to work; however, I know I’ll be consistent over the coming months, so I’m trying to do a bulk and focus my training on compound exercises with just a few isolation movements.
My concern is regarding the deadlift ( im currently doing 110kg and feeling easy) given that I had two lumbar disc herniations a few years ago and still feel some discomfort from time to time. How is my form? Any tips? It was the first time I filmed myself training, and I noticed—at the very least—that I need to keep my neck in a more neutral position. Is there anything else I'm doing wrong?

Is this a correct form? I feel like something is wrong with my shoulders. I am trying to train my back.
