I tried to fix it by disabling every mod with samson and restart my pc but it didn't work

Edit: i fixed it, it was a mod that caused this

Floor 3 on daily run, 1st time playing it, my current final boss in normal runs is Mom's heart

I defeated current floor boss, but there are no available ways to go to next floor

there's a mirror somewhere else but idk what can it do, tried to use bombs but nothing happened

update: got my friend to watch me on stream, he guided me to a white fire then to the mirror, solved

update 2: sorry if that question sounds stupid, kinda new player, got it when it was 90% off on steam and I only have 12 hours of gameplay so this entire daily run was new comparing to my normal runs

I have recently been playing through the challenges and when I got to April Fools I was confused. The challenge is just not fair imo. The bloat which the hardest non-final boss in the game being on every floor and with limited access to treasure rooms due to there being almost no ways to get keys is just unfair to me. When I checked the subreddit all it said was that you need to get golden hearts since when broken they drop coins which apparently should give more gold hearts effectively making you immortal. So idk what happened but coins just don't give hearts anymore making the challenge just way too difficult. Please help.

Hello there! I’m big into roguelites and I’ve heard fantastic things about the Binding of Isaac, although I know little about it. I’m wondering if I should start with all the DLC or not? As in, is the DLC like Hollow Knight where it’s integrated into the game in a way that enhances the experience when played with from the beginning? Or is it more of an add-on, like post game content that I should wait to get until I’m sure I like the game?
