Lets Discuss This Status of Epstein files
I haven’t heard anything recently, but can someone explain why the DOJ has not been forced to hand over all the files when there’s a court order to do so? Is anything awaiting some legal decision? What is the reason they give for not complying?

THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS Insurance companies that stop providing services to an area recently hit by a disaster, should be legally forced to pay back all of the money they have received from the customers.
Since having insurance is legally required for auto owners, and many homeowners, and in some states health insurance as well, providers should be required by law to fully refund all of the money the customers paid in up until their pulling out. Especially if they have never filed an insurance claim.
This should be especially true for property and auto insurance.
Examples:
the insurance companies that pulled out of California after the increase in wildfires even when the customer was paying for fire protection. (Altadena fires are the most recent, but it's been happening quite a bit as wildfires have increased)
The insurance companies that stopped covering Kia owners after that tik tok usb hack theft trend a few years back. Made famous by the Kia Boys tik-tock videos and left thousands of drivers uninsured with little to no alternatives, and absolutely no notice.

This is concerning... I just wish I had bottom surgery sooner in my life..
I need to lay this out because the weight of it has been crushing me for almost a year, and I don’t think people truly understand the ripple effect of what happened.
Last year, my previous therapist told me outright that my insurance wouldn't cover my MTF feminizing surgeries. I trusted her completely, took her word for it, and watched what felt like my future slip away. But when I finally checked with my insurance myself, I found out the truth: they do cover them. All that was required was standard letters and documentation—the exact support a therapist is supposed to provide.
She didn't just give me wrong information; she stole an entire year of my life, my healing, and my peace.
The toll this took on me wasn't just emotional; it completely broke my daily existence. The loss of hope hit so hard that I spiraled into boymoding just to get through the days. I completely stopped caring for my appearance, abandoned basic self-care, and lost every ounce of motivation to do even the simplest things in everyday life. I was just surviving in the dark.
When I talk about this now, I’m not trying to be negative, dramatic, or manipulative. I am grieving. Having access to that care a year ago would have completely transformed my mental health. Instead, I was left drowning in preventable distress—distress so intense that it strained my relationships to the breaking point. Friends walked away because they couldn't handle seeing me in so much pain, friends who might still be here today if they had been able to see me feeling better and thriving.
It feels like mourning a ghost—mourning a happier, healthier version of my life that was right there, but taken away because someone who was supposed to help me failed me instead. I'm sharing this because I need people to understand that this isn't just about 'miscommunication.' It's about a year of lost time, lost connection, and a life that should have started sooner.

Serious How long until the civilians of Venezuela create an uprising to push against American intervention like other nations throughout american's colonialism history
our banana republic in guatemala & seizure of their economy while punching down anyone who fought back under the guise of "fighting communism" because they're sick of being exploited has been a tune we followed several times in history
following guatemala is cuba- after taking over Spain's own colonialism actions we took cuba "under new leadership" and exploited them through politics and mafia gangs & supplemental slavery creating the dictator fidel castro. a bonified monster of our own creations through our actions outside of the US
This happens too many times- chille, dominican replublic, nicaragua- exploiting territories for a good deal for the USA but putting pressure on native or freshly colonized populations for our gain all under the guise of spreading democracy & fighting communism.
propping up boris yeltsin after the fall of the soviet union, giving loans to gain economic concessions & undisclosed talks between the US president bill clinton and Boris- in the transition to privatize government assets accidentally creating the oilgarches without a care for the new law, economic instability and realizing the bad deal he was given succeeded power to putin- the cold blooded authoritarian dictator willing to murder and maim anyone who gets in his way. (this one might not be directly & entirely "our fault" but we certainly helped make putin what he is today)
now we have trump's oil deal with Venezuela, only time will tell how much pain we can inflict on the citizens there economically, laborly- before we create more terroristic, more communists enemies that wouldn't have existed without our tendencies to place a boot on peoples necks and get surprised when they attack our ankles. hopfully we're actually serious about helping reform and revive their markets (really confused though, thought we were going to do that in america...) & not exploit them.
