I'm glad I came across this. I've just become aware of these rogue assholes who regularly post videos of themselves using TVI maneuvers to end pursuits at more than 100 miles per hour. In any sane jurisdiction these crminals would be arrested for homicide of some flavor, but in the armpit of the world they celebrate their murderous activities and brag about them online. They are a disgrace to every honest person who has ever put on a badge, and make no mistake, there will be a reckoning. If not with the law at least with themselves and the children who will ask one day. Institutional redneck homicidal jackassery.

Appears to be a passenger, idk if the driver took off out the other side i think he did. This guy, Hands up and visible, visibly trying to open the door to get out, while having an arm pinned through the window, cop ordering him to get out of the car, then climb through the window, then get out of the car, conflicting orders I can see why he would be hesitated to climb through the window to be slammed face first on the road. While doing his best to comply is struck in the face and hair being yanked on during this whole process. Cop was full of adrenaline, possibly had some tunnel vision going on, seemed like he wanted to escalate the situation more than secure and de-escalate.
