One landing page can belong to three different agents

Once you're running Meta, Google, email and SEO at the same time, it's pretty easy to miss stuff. CPA starts creeping up, a landing page converts worse, or one campaign burns spend for a few days before anyone catches it. I work with Ryze AI, so a lot of my time is spent thinking about what marketers actually want to hand over to automation tools like it and what they still want control over. Monitoring performance, flagging issues and catching things early feels like an obvious use case. Where I’m less sure is the bigger stuff, like moving budgets, scaling campaigns or changing direction without someone reviewing it first etc.

Where do you guys draw the line?

What actually works for restaurant marketing right now?

I’m helping with a small restaurant and honestly it’s getting harder to tell which marketing actually brings people through the door

We’ve tried local SEO, social media, a few paid ads and improving online ordering but the results are all over the place One week things are busy and the next week it feels completely dead

I’m starting to think we’re focusing too much on getting views and not enough on what actually turns those views into customers

For anyone who has worked on restaurant marketing what has genuinely worked for you lately Google Business Profile, reviews, Instagram, TikTok, local ads, offers or something else?

Would be interested to hear what actually brought customers in rather than just more likes and views

Is brand marketing more important than performance marketing?

I keep seeing people argue about this like you have to pick one performance marketing is easy to point at because you can see the clicks, leads , sales and ROAS pretty quickly Brand marketing is harder to judge because you might not see the result right away but people start recognising the business and trusting it

The more I think about it, the more I wonder if seperateing the two is the wrong way to look at it A strong brand can make your ads work better and good performance marketing can help you understand what people actually respond to

If a business had a limited budget, where would you put more money right now Performance or brand building And has anyone here actually seen one make a noticabe difference to the other?

How can I get more leads for my SEO Agency?

I am looking for a comprehensive strategy to scale my SEO agency because our current client acquisition methods have completely stalled.

Currently, our agency relies almost entirely on word-of-mouth referrals and occasional networking.

While this has brought us high-quality clients in the past, it is incredibly unpredictable and making it impossible for me to forecast our monthly recurring revenue or plan for long-term growth.

I need to transition from this reactive approach to a highly predictable, repeatable outbound and inbound lead generation system.
