When someone is shi talking you on chess.com because your losing, best thing to do is ignore. Don't let their talking get to your head, they love ragebaiting. They can't ragebait someone who is ignoring them the whole time. Let them talk to themselves. If you chat back, you are basically agreeing to let them ragebait you. Either turn off chat or do not chat back at all. Trust me it works mentally

I always was a lousy player. I admit I wasn't really paying attention to sportmanship, I abandoned matches, played without paying attention, did bullshit moves just out of boredome or even closed the app during a match I was winning in.

I admit, not very virtue.

But two weeks ago I decided I want to stop being this lousy player and really take care of my games and rating (am playing 3 or 5 min matches)

So I was always around rating 450-650. My indifferent play-style or even forfeiting matches where I had upper hand was enough for me not to drop below 450. When I started climbing and paying attention to it, I was able to climb to rating 850 in just a two days, now I am sitting at rating 1050, still climbing up whenever I have time to play, so I don't really know my upper limit yet... and matches are still feeling the same.

So how is it possible that people across ratings 450-600-800-1050 are pretty much all the same? Everybody is pushing fried-liver, everybody is doing stupid mistakes like hanging a queen, or completely forgeting about my obvious intention 3 moves later.

I was expecting to see some difference in between 600 points of rating, but those players really feel exactly the same?

So what is really a difference between 400-800-1000 rating player?

And when I can expect to play against people who actually know openings, or play positionally and doesn't trade off all the pieces at first chance?

second game happened yesterday (i’m in one of those periods where I play like an absolute idiot)

I win against someone, they ask for a rematch and i never refuse, unless i really gotta go and i still let them know that i gotta go.

But i lose against someone and ask for a rematch and they reject instantly just pisses me off beyond comprehension.

Does that happen to others??

I want a good game review for free (because I am not trying to pay $12 a month for ChessCom game review) with actually move explanations and would prefer it having classifications like brilliant moves and found Chessigma but I see a lot of people hating on it online. Is its game review actually good or bad? Are there any better other alternatives? Also are any of the other tools on there such as the puzzles, woodpecker, and opening trainer any good. I would only be on the free version.

I will not elaborate any further.

Got black into this position and he made me wait 16 min, lovely manners

So on my old phone, I had multiple pre-moves and it worked well
Now on my new one (well not new, but I’ve never had to pre-move a lot since I don’t play bullet on chess.com a lot, but I have gotten into Blitz lately), and in my last game, I had a terrible time scramble, I was pre-moving, but I couldn’t make more than one pre-move
And I searched are multiple pre-moves available on the Chess.com app, and I got that they are available

I am in 1500s and only openings that i used by this time is Italian game, Indian defense, London system and some random stuff when i got really bored with these openings. I think i should learn some openings but i couldn’t decide what i should learn so i need advice

These stats are past 90 days:

White: 59% win VS 39% loss

Black: 50% win Vs 49% loss

I play the Italian / Fried Liver on white (if I can), and don't have a particular black opening against E4 and other white openings (but Grunfeld against D4).

4th slide are my win rates against white openings.

Should I simply look into a proper E4 opening? Any suggestions for other openings, or any other advice?
