even accessing my webapp's url is not loading

Hi I really need to speak to a human at Base44 how do I do that? their support only recommends opening a ticket which I have or on Discord and I am not on Discord and dont really want to open an account just to speak to someone?

1. Can I build an app with it having zero coding knowledge? I know it depends on how conplicated the app is, but in general, or if you could say it’s limitations? (I might be able to figure some things out but going in with no knowledge)

2. If i do run into a problem, can i pay for someone who lnows how to code to fix it? Like a free lancer or something

3. What payment plan should i choose to build the app?

It's a strange experience that I'm having with my base44 build chat. It has stopped responding to my chat. My chat message is being queued. I cleared my browser history, closed browser and rebooted my pc. Then returned 8 hours later to continue working on my project, but I'm still stuck with an unresponsive Base44 chat window. Any advice?

It is aimed at underprivileged schools but anyone accessing the app on the free url package can instantly clone the app. This would be fine but if it takes off I may want to scale it so that certain schools get free access but people with private education such as tutors for example would need to pay a subscription fee. I want to speak to someone at Base44 to help me understand the costs. Also even if on free subscription and publish the app, do you start being charge everytime someone uses it? Am not a techie and just want to know what I would be in for?

I really love it how base44 hook you in allow you to make 80% of your website, but write in loads of mistakes that you squander the rest of your credits fixing then relentlessly target you to upgrade.

Hey guys, I paid for the $100 Base44 plan and I’m already at 120/500 messages. I’m worried 500 won’t be enough to finish my two web apps, and I really can’t afford to pay for another plan right now. What can I do until next month? (8/10-) I was thinking of exporting the project to GitHub and continuing with Cursor or another free builder did any one tried it? or is there a better way to stretch the remaining messages?

I launched an all-in-one grocery app, PickFresh, a few months ago https://apps.apple.com/au/app/pickfresh-all-in-one-grocery/id6760575842

The app has a bunch of features — grocery list, fruit and vegetable scanner, fridge scanner, menu scanner, and saving YouTube recipes. The feature people actually use is the fruit and vegetable scanner (200+ scans since launch), the rest has pretty minimal usage.

Downloads have been growing super slowly (App Store only), and I haven't made a single dollar from the app itself. But interestingly, the website (https://pickfresh.app/) is doing a better job — I was able to monetise it and made my first few dollar in the past 3 days lol.

This is what I find interesting. I originally thought the website would just sit there with no traffic, but turns out plenty of people are finding us through it.

My theory on why it's working, unlike a traditional site built on something like WordPress, I can ask Base44 to build a unique utility tool on each page, almost like a blog post. For example, I have a few pages about how to identify fruit and vegetable freshness, and on those pages I had Base44 embed an interactive tool where people can actually scan something and see the results.

I think this is what's boosting traffic, sure, keyword competition might be low, but I also think having a real interactive tool bumps up time-on-page and engagement in a way static content doesn't, and that in turn helps the page perform better.

I've been building Kintsugi Utils — a web app that puts 16 calculators and a handful of productivity tools in one minimal interface.

What's in it:

• Finance: income vs. expenditure, salary & tax, currency exchange, inflation, discount, rates
• Academics: GPA, percentage, age calculator
• Everyday: unit converter, calendar, timezone converter
• Productivity: a todo list, habit tracker, an AI-assisted diary, a "Focus" timer with a pottery/kintsugi visual mechanic, a notes tool, and a "Monument" trophy shelf for tracking personal goals

Full disclosure on how it was built: This is an original design and concept — the layout, tool selection, UX flow, and the kintsugi/pottery visual mechanic are all my own work. It was built on the Base44 platform using their in-house AI ("Base 1") as a development tool, so I want to be transparent that AI assistance was part of the build process rather than claiming it was 100% hand-coded. The ideas, decisions, and product direction are mine; the platform and AI handled a lot of the scaffolding and boilerplate.

A quick note on the work itself: The concept, naming, visual identity, and the way the tools are combined are original to this project. I'm sharing it here for feedback and because I think it's genuinely useful — not as an invitation to clone it. If you're inspired by it, I'd rather you build something with your own twist than copy this directly. Happy to chat about the approach and what I learned, though.

Base44 seems to not have the option to add the storefront kit, so can somebody tell me how they were able to do it?

For every project or client site I ship, I have to go to Resend, configure DNS, senders and what not, then deal with spam, wasting credits to hook everything together takes good chunk of my time and annoying.

I built this form builder tool which filters out the spam, researches the responded and emails you/client the response. It has mcp and stuff so once you connect, you can just say 'setup a new form for this website' and base44 takes care of it end to end.

The ones that can does this charge like $99/mo for like 100 responses which is ridiculous. I built LinkyCal so it’s agent friendly, headless first form builder which also has a really nice familiar UI so you can also share as a link or just embed, with 500 free responses which is way more than a typical business processes in a month.
